We provide each driver with an information card, which gives details of our 24 hour help desk. In the event you are involved in an accident, one of our claims managers will come to the place of the accident and arrange for all documentation to be correctly completed including Traffic Police reports and arrange for the vehicle to be removed in the event of it being un-roadworthy. Your vehicle will then be inspected by our claims manager who will organize the repair of your vehicle.
